I don't have any little ones that I need baby wipes for, but I have a few different uses areound the house
- cleaning chrome faucets and knobs
- wiping the dogs paws, eyes, snout, & "other areas"
- cleaning spills on the couch, chair, etc (shared by my sister)
- wiping my hands from a sticky mess

I went and got some for baseball. My son is a catcher and his face gets covered in dirt during the game. Around his nose and around his mouth. So every few innings he uses them to wipe his face. Then I call him Buttwipe Face.
